Our Board of Directors are elected by the homeowners to represent their interests and to administer the association property to ensure compliance with the association bylaws. The Board acts without compensation and considers issues related to the association. They inform the members of critical issues and proposed actions of other governmental agencies affecting the association.
A five-member Board of Directors administers the affairs of the Green Trails Homeowners Association on behalf of all the owners and residents of ManorGate. Elections for the Board are conducted at the annual Homeowners Meeting. Each director is elected to a three-year term; the terms are staggered so that no more than two director positions are up for election each year. Vacancies on the Board (e.g., caused by resignation) are filled through an appointment by the remaining members of the Board. The appointed Board member then serves the remainder of the replaced director’s term. The Board consists of the following positions:
These positions are filled through election by the Board members during the first Board meeting following the annual Homeowners Meeting. If you're interested in serving on the Board, please fill in and submit a GTHOA Application for Candidacy.
