About Us
This official ManorGate web site is offered as a source of helpful
information for our home owners, prospective buyers, and others who
might find this information useful.
The Community
Of the 225 acres devoted to the 632 home sites, 58 acres are set
aside as green areas providing lots of breathing space and plenty of
visual elbow room. One of the best kept secrets in western Fairfax County,
ManorGate features 228 single family homes, 166 estate town homes and
238 town houses on public and private streets and pipe stems. A community
pool and club house, tennis courts, multi-purpose court, and four tot-lots
are in place, with professionally designed scenic trails through wooded
areas and along the west bank of Little Rocky Run for the community's
enjoyment. Centreville Elementary School adjoins the community and is
an easy walk for all elementary school-age children. Liberty Middle
School and Centreville High School are also close by and a commercial day care
center is located adjacent to the community pool.
The Association
ManorGate and its home owners association (Green Trails Homeowners
Association, Inc.) are inseparable. The Association is named after ManorGate's
main street, Green Trails Boulevard, a wide, beautifully landscaped, but uncongested,
boulevard. When you purchase a home in ManorGate, you
automatically sign-on as a member of the Green Trails Homeowners Association,
Inc., and have rights to all of its services. The Association is managed
by a community-elected Board of Directors and a professional community
management firm. The Association management ensures that the community
is well maintained, all services are satisfactorily provided, and the
community amenities are properly operated.
